We’re hiring a Production Lead to take ownership of roofing projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, and want a career where no two days are the same, this is your shot.
No roofing experience? No problem. We train driven people who are ready to show up, step up, and grow fast.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the Day. Lead from the Front.
- Run 1 - 2 roofing projects daily—keeping timelines tight and quality high
- Kick off build days with homeowners, setting expectations and delivering a standout experience
- Lead, motivate, and support crews to perform at their best
- Keep projects moving by managing materials and solving problems on the fly
- Close out jobs with final inspections and clean documentation
Get Your Hands Dirty (In a Good Way)
- Troubleshoot and handle minor roofing repairs
- Jump into siding, gutters, drywall, and interior fixes when needed
- Deliver solutions—not excuses—while providing top-tier customer service
Think Bigger: Multi-Family Projects
- Inspect properties and identify storm damage
- Collaborate with property managers and HOA leaders
- Oversee large-scale builds while maintaining safety and quality standards
Safety First. Always.
- Enforce OSHA standards and keep crews accountable
- Perform vehicle and equipment checks to maintain a safe job site

What You Need to Succeed- Motivation & Willingness to Learn – we’ll teach you the roofing side!
- Great Communication Skills – you’ll interact with homeowners, teams, and managers
- Strong Work Ethic – this role requires organization, problem-solving, and leadership
- Comfort with Heights – you'll be on ladders and roofs daily
- A Valid Driver’s License – required for travel between projects
