This is a field leadership role built for gritty, action-oriented individuals who want to grow into high-impact positions in construction and operations.
What You’ll Own
Own the Job Site- Lead daily operations for multifamily and commercial roofing projects
- Perform inspections to assess scope, progress, and quality
- Make real-time decisions to keep projects on track
- Manage subcontractors and field crews
- Set expectations around quality, timeline, and safety
- Hold teams accountable while building strong working relationships
- Manage materials, deliveries, and jobsite logistics
- Communicate with property managers and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to standard
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need roofing experience—we can teach that. We’re looking for mindset and grit.
- Background in construction, production, or hands-on environments (painting, trades, project-based work, etc.)
- Comfortable working at heights (commercial/MFA properties)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Self-starter who can learn quickly and operate independently
- Strong communicator who can lead crews and interact with clients
- Thrives in fast-paced, field-based environments
- People with grit, urgency, and work ethic
- Individuals motivated by financial growth and stability
- Those who prefer being in the field over behind a desk
- Self-driven learners who want to build a career—not just work a job
Compensation & Perks
- $55,000–$65,000 base salary
- Commission eligibility
